Beit Kohenet offers Sacred In-Person Gatherings that include prayer services (local to NYC) and day-long and weekend-long retreats, on themes of mysticism, ritual, folklore, spiritual practice and ancient priestess traditions. You may also be able to tune into these gatherings virtually.

SHEKHINAH WEAVING: SPRING RETREAT 2026

Long ago, the Tabernacle was built by the weavings of sacred weavers and the spinnings of wise women. At this season, we read the Torah portion celebrating those wise makers and their holy work. At the second annual Beit Kohenet retreat, we'll honor that legacy. Along with our guides Rabbi Jill Hammer, PhD, Shoshana Jedwab, Kohenet Liviah Wessely, and others, Rabbi Emily Meyer will serve as our scholar-in-residence, teaching us about weaving—both in the Torah and with our own hands. Together, we'll weave prayer, song, visions, and mycelial connections with one another, as well as sacred threads, knots, and fabrics.
