WATERS OF ENDLESS LIGHT: Towards a Kabbalistic Somatics with Rabbi Shir Meira Feit — Mondays, July 6, 13, 20, and 27, 12-1:15 pm ET / 9-10:15 am PT

Lurianic Kabbalah can be ornate, technical, and abstruse. Yet it is filled with myriad organic, elemental, poetic invitations. In this four-session course with Rabbi Shir Meira Feit, let’s collaborate on an embodied, contemplative approach to the language of consciousness as found in Sefer Etz Chaim, the foundational text of 16th-century masterfully mystical Rabbi Isaac “the Holy Lion” Luria.

We will meditate with root concepts including Kav (primal line/primitive streak), Tzimtzum (contraction), Chalal (void/womb), and Reshimu (imprint/residue), integrating insights from embryology, tantra, and both interpersonal and transpersonal psychology.
